Western Region Leadership Day 2019 will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM at Otterbein UMC, Hagerstown. The cost is $40 which includes a light continental breakfast, lunch, and handouts. A FREE copy of Transforming Community Book will be given to the first 200 who register.
